Thank you for visiting West Coast Creations! Our goal is to provide you with superior customer service. Please take a moment to read our store policies so that there are no misunderstandings when making your purchase.

For your convenience, we accept payment via Paypal or money order. Please note that shipments paid for through Paypal must be to a confirmed addresses only. Money orders must be received within 10 business days. Paypal payments will only be accepted if you have a CONFIRMED address. Otherwise, if you have an unconfirmed address, you can pay by Money Order.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange if the item is still available. If the item is not available, you may exchange it for a different item or for store credit. You are responsible to pay any price difference if it is above the actual price of the item you purchased and are returning. Any price difference below the actual price of the item you are returning will be issued as store credit. Shipping will not be refunded. You must notify us of your return within 48 hours of receipt of shipment and this will be verified through USPS tracking information. Item must be returned within 7 days in the same condition received & will NOT be accepted if worn, torn, dirty, smelling of smoke or perfume, or with pet hairs. Returns must be shipped with Delivery Confirmation thru USPS and the tracking number must be emailed to us.

If you require a refund, we will issue a refund for the the cost of the item minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return their exchange, however, we will cover the cost of shipping the exchange replacement if the item was misrepresented and this will be through First Class Mail via USPS. We will not ship out your exchange replacement or issue a credit /refund until the item you are returning is returned and received in satisfactory condition.

Exchanges and refunds are processed once a week, however, we will email you to let you know that your package has been received. Please include a note regarding the exchange/refund or enclose a copy of any email correspondence we make.

We carefully inspect all items we ship out for defects. We do offer a variety of tops, many of which are made of chiffon or lace. Please be especially delicate when trying on chiffon or lace tops as we cannot accept returns on damaged items.

Most of our tops are junior size, which is more form fitting than misses so please take this into consideration before purchasing. As a general rule, if you wear a size medium in Misses, you will most likely need a size large in Juniors.
