It features a solid form fitting tube top with chiffon mesh overlay attached to a 2" silvertone O-ring and a smaller 1" silvertone rhinestone O-ring with spaghetti strings to tie at the back of the neck. The chiffon overlay is detailed with tiny silvertone studs and is attached to the tube top cascading into a flowing asymmetrical hem! It's truly unique and absolutely gorgeous! Perfect to wear casually with jeans or dressed up for a night out!
Please note: One rhinestone is missing from the smaller O-ring, however, in my opinion this is barely noticeable due to the silver O-ring.
